A yearly report

A yearly report is a both a communication tool and a process of review and goal setting. We assist board members to gather and present a year of the bank’s growth. The yearly report covers:

 1. Loans given and loans in repayment

A summary of how many loans were given in a year and how many are still in repayment is helpful so that family members can see if the bank is being utilized to its full potential.

2. Investment portfolio review

Family members need transparency with how family assets are being invested. We present a summary of how the funds are have been invested during a year

3. Bank performance

It will built family member confidence to be able to show exactly how the family assets changed.

4. Family Updates

A yearly report should also cover some of the family celebrations and accomplishments.

5. Projections and plans for the next year

Consultants will guide board members through setting goals and creating strategic plans for the next year.

Yearly Report Process

To create your yearly report, we help you gather information about your bank’s performance. Then we decide how best to present the bank’s progress through graphics and charts. We help the Bank Board to write a message to their family members to reflect on the year. Next we complete a draft of the yearly report and share with the Bank Board for review.
